Eloy, Sarah
(1983) studied History and Conflict&Development at the University of Ghent (Belgium). She's specialized in oral history and public history. Since 2007 she works for The House of Alijn as a scientific researcher. This museum tells a timeless story about the culture of everyday life in the 20th century. Objects, photo's, home movies and sound-recordings show cultural and social practices, customs and rituals. Sarah Eloy puts the mission of the museum about commitment to and involvement with the public into practice, offline as well as online.
